  To achieve your ultimate fitness goal, you need a good training program, a nutrition program and supplements.  Schedule a 30 minute nutrition consultation today for only $30 where Josh will help guide you on your daily nutrition, supplement intake and weekly workout program.  Note:  Josh is not a licensed nutritionist but has 14 years of nutrition experience.

 

Rotation Training - Taught by Josh

In this 30 minute class, you will be given a set of station exercises to be done at your pace. At each class these stations will be different and can be calibrated to your level of comfort. This means you can push yourself as much as you want too. This class will include but is not limited to exercises such as kettle bell swings, pull - ups, box jumps, TRX use, ladder use, bungee sprints, kick boxing and much more.

 

Rotation "Teen" Training - Taught by Josh

This 30 minute class is very similar to the above described rotation training but is geared towards teens (ages 12 - 19). This class helps those teens who are conditioning for school/recreational sports, or for those teens who are interested in fat loss/muscle gain.

 

Body Burn - Taught by Courtney

This is a 45 minute medium to high intensity total body work out. During this group fitness class you will work arms, legs, back, abs and glutes. Some classes may tend to focus more on one area. There are times when use of hand weights may be suggested. This classes will consist of both a warm-up with stretching and a cool down.

 

Cardio Blast - Taught by Courtney

This is a 45 minute fast paced high energy cardio burn. There will be no weights used in this class. After a quick warm up, this class takes several short work out phases and combines them into one full routine. Cardio blast will consist of exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, mountain climbers and much more.

 

Butt and Gutt - Taught by Courtney

This is a 45 minute class that focuses on your "Butt" and "Gutt" area.  Courtney will reshape your butt and flatten the mid section in this exciting 45 minute class.  While working your Glutes, your legs will also get a good workout as well.
