At Ritch's PT, we work with all ages and body types.  Please do not feel that you are to old, to fat or to young.  Whether you are in your 70's, a high school athlete, 10 years old or 300lbs, we will help you reach your goal at a pace that fits your age/body type.  Personal training sessions at Ritch’s Personal Training are one on one and will include exercises but are not limited to things such as..

We ARE not the gym that will put you on a weight machine and say “give me 10 reps… .repeat…repeat”. At Ritch’s Personal Training your body is the machine and we show you how to use it safely and effectively. These training sessions will give you exercises that you can take with you and do on your own.

*To achieve your ultimate fitness goal, you need NST.  Nutrition, Supplements and Training.  Schedule a 30 minute nutrition consultation today for only $30 where Josh will help guide you on your daily nutrition, supplement intake and weekly workout program.  Note:  Josh is not a licensed nutritionist but has 14 years of nutrition experience. 

 

Pricing for 30 Minute Sessions

  • 1 Session -- $30
  • 5 Sessions -- $140
  • 10 Sessions -- $250

 

Pricing for 50 Minute Sessions

  • 1 Session -- $45
  • 5 Sessions -- $215
  • 10 Sessions -- $400
